The first stop on the Good Foods Project tour: the rolling hills of Idaho’s Palouse range. We’re spending a couple of months at the majestic Huntermoon Homestead renovating the Coyote trailer that will travel with us on the Good Foods journey across America. Join us for a family-style meal celebrating the produce, farmers and foraged treasures of this bountiful corner of America, and help us raise the needed funds to continue our project through the next year!
“Chicken & Dumpling” Dinner Presented October 5th, 2019 at 6pm
$75 per guest | Includes 4 courses with beverage pairings
Menu concept will explore many iterations of the classic “Chicken & Dumplings” dish across many cultures. Produce, proteins and inspiration sourced from the Palouse region. Offerings may include:
handkerchief egg yolk ravioli in brodo / ‘aperitif’
salad of local greens and foraged edibles / green ‘mocktail’
exploration of dumplings: gnocchi, chinese dumplings, preserved egg, cheese broth / little seeds ‘cocktail’
pavlova nest with seasonal fruit / ‘difestif’
